My collection is inspired by Japanese ceramic artists Noriko Kuresumi and Chika Inaba. I developed ceramic works myself where I explored shape and form. My collection traces the process of creating my ceramic works, using techniques such as twisting and turning I developed the shape of the garments. I focused on natural states of porcelain for my colour story . I used a mix of silk cotton, cotton and organza which was treated by pleating, pin-tucks, gathering and layering derived by the ceramic creations.
My work experience was with Samuel Gui Yang in London.
