Boboaca

This collection began from inspiration from my childhood. Boboaca my former last name and the name of my brand, originates from Romania. I started looking back on my past, my adoption before and after childhood, and the evolution into adulthood. There are a lot of Romanian cultural references and childhood influences in the collection. I used fabrics that represent happy feelings. Color references to childhood memories. The use of reflective material hidden when not in light but still shows through. Using new materials to represent new life after adoption.
