Obsession, infatuation, aggression, possession, abuse, violence, murder. Who are the perpetrators? Who are the victims? This happens where we least expect it and by people who those we wouldn’t think capable. We never know what goes on behind closed doors. A fine line is crossed and people snap.

Due to my disbelief and fascination that terror and fear can be so easily applied, my project has explored the lives of many serial-killers and their crimes. In particular I have focused on their testimonials confessing, and sometimes blaming others, about what they have done.

Like these assailants’ actions, I have extracted and hidden their words among the everyday domestic life. The viewer is drawn to look closer.
