Overthinking is the title of this project in which the designer find himself in some situations. It is a landscape in which everyday events become a nightmare, transforming routine into fears. You always assume the worst. 

In response, the designer’s creative journey has produced a collection of matching posters and accompanying  

animations, crafted to reflect the essence of overthinking. Each piece, unified by an aesthetic of darker tones, serves as a visual narrative of this inner restlessness. The atmosphere and style of the poster is realized in the animation through frame-by-frame animations. The concept behind the animation is that the head first has to struggle with its inner self and then escapes from it. It is a matter of how strong your mind is. 

Through this animation the designer is trying to raise awareness of the issue and show that many people struggle with overthinking and that something can be done about it.
