The Industrial Spectrum

My paintings are inspired by Brutalist architecture. Many buildings associated with this architecture are very clinical and business related, often described as dystopian and uncanny in appearance and my work contradicts such serious associations. The harsh solid architecture has been transformed into a kaleidoscope of colours, lines and waves. The colours are of huge contrast in comparison to their origin and totally alter the renderings of the urban buildings and create a vibrant, toxic and bright pallet filled with energy and movement.
