My work is strongly influenced by childhood development. As an artist, I have found the subject of Motherhood can constantly generate ideas and inspire me within my work. It has increased the complexity of my work and intensified my perspective. My art is an attempt to utilize various colour harmonies and surface layers to visually engage the audience. I try to express colour in all its beauty. It paves a way for me to experiment with the possibilities allowed through different application techniques. It provides me with the means to explore the range of possibilities allowed through subtle changes colour choice, composition, method of application, surface preparation and different art mediums such as printmaking. The goal of my work is to use various geometric formulas to explore key compositional elements, and bring them forward through my use of colour, transparency and layering. I look at the space surrounding me and make my work almost interactive by using the hint of illusion and imagination. There is always a playful nature involved followed by a critical analysis to achieve the highest quality of work. Interactive and stimulating, my work is always in a state of constant change.
