Restoration
BA Fashion (with Technology)
“Restoration” is a womenswear collection inspired by the ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi, a practice that repairs broken pottery with gold and silver lacquer, transforming fractures into features of beauty. Rather than concealing damage, Kintsugi celebrates it, elevating imperfection into something original and unique. This philosophy is the heart of my collection. Drawing from the organic shapes of pottery and the intricate patterns of the cracks, I developed a sophisticated collection of womenswear garments. Asymmetry plays a key role throughout, reflecting irregularity and uniqueness found in both broken objects and human experience. My color palette was used to build narrative, gold elements integrated into garments to represent the repaired cracks, In contrast, I developed a patterned green fabric with floral motifs intertwined with golden cracks. Using CLO3D I was able to experiment with form and refine my silhouettes which enabled me to push my concept further. This collection is a reminder that perfection is not about flawlessness but embracing who you are in every stage of becoming. Throughout restoration both in object and in self, there’s beauty in strength and unique kind of perfection.

Shell Garden
“Shell Garden” is an alternative fashion collection inspired by organic beauty of the ocean. The collection explores the forms, textures, and movement found within corals, seashells, and sea currents, translating these natural elements into sculptural silhouettes and layered garments. Throughout this project, I wanted to capture the delicate balance between softness and structure that exists within underwater landscapes.
The shapes within the collection are influenced by the curved forms of shells and coral formations. Puffy sleeves and exaggerated volumes reflect the rounded, organic growth of coral, while corsets introduce structure inspired by the strength and layered construction of seashells.
Using Adobe illustrator, I developed designs that translate these structured organic shapes into fashion silhouettes. The line up features layered fabrics imitating movement of sea currents, that appear fluid and constantly in motion.
The colour palette is drawn from oceanic tones and coastal environments, combining soft corals, shell pinks, sandy neutrals, and muted aquatic colors to create a dreamy and romantic atmosphere.
The overall aesthetic of Shell Garden celebrates femininity through softness, delicacy, and movement while also exploring protection and transformation through structured silhouettes. The collection aims to create an ethereal underwater world where nature becomes wearable art, combining romantic womenswear with sculptural design inspired by the sea.
Naturalism
“Naturalism” is a trend fashion project inspired by the uncontrolled beauty of nature, focusing on roots, overgrowth, blooming plants, and mushrooms. The project explores the relationship between growth and decay within natural environments, translating organic forms into expressive silhouettes, layered textures, and sculptural garments. Through this collection, I wanted to capture the feeling of nature reclaiming space and growing freely without restriction.
The silhouettes are heavily influenced by the shapes and structures of mushrooms and tangled roots. Rounded forms, exaggerated proportions, and layered garments reflect the soft yet unusual shapes found in fungi, while twisted draping and elongated details mimic the movement and complexity of roots spreading beneath the earth.
The color palette is centered around rich greens, earthy browns, moss tones, contrasted with soft pinks inspired by mushrooms and blooming fungi. These colors reinforce the connection to nature and help create an immersive atmosphere inspired by damp earth, foliage, and mushrooms growing in hidden environments.
Overall, Naturalism celebrates the raw beauty of organic growth and transformation. The collection combines feminine fashion with experimental forms inspired by nature, creating garments that feel immersive, untamed, and deeply connected to the natural world
