Through the exploration of the overwhelming power of the ocean this collection discovers the separation and dependency the ocean enforces upon us. The isolation the ocean creates is a key element in understanding the dependency we have upon it. ‘Anchor’ highlights the constant changing power and depth of the ocean.

The use of waterproof fabrics for protection is offset through naturals cottons as well as the catching and wrapping of netting entangled with worn cork buoys. It is these elements combined that show the distress and powerlessness created by surrounding ominous oceans.
