BA Fashion (with Applied Textiles)

This collection is based on the city where I grew up, Rimini. A summer destination with thriving beaches and a colourful atmosphere.

You can see hints of my half Chilean heritage coming through my designs and patterns.

Rimini sets the tone: sun bleached palettes, salt worn surfaces, and a sense of faded glamour. Linear rhythms and quiet geometry inform the cut panels, straps, and wraps, which intersect to create silhouettes that sit between exposure and protection. Structure is never static; it loosens, tightens, and transforms through interaction.

Modularity drives the design language. Garments are constructed as systems rather than single forms, pieces layer, tie, and shift across the body. Fastenings become visible, functional details become aesthetic focal points. Each look offers multiple configurations, allowing the wearer to construct and reconstruct their own silhouette.
