My collection is based on the pursuit of enlightenment in Eastern philosophy through meditation and the alignment of one’s chakras. As each chakra becomes aligned it radiates the energy of the Higher Self and a new state of consciousness is achieved. This calls upon the sacred sound ‘Om’, the essence of all beings. My collection celebrates this energy flow through the Sanskrit text of each chakra, using various fabric treatments, including princess pleating and embellishment.
