Moderate exercise can help you cope with stress, anxiety, depression and so on, even after you are done working out. It is scientifically proven that exercise cuts down the stress hormones in the body, including cortisol and adrenaline.
This campaign takes inspiration from the contemporary world of bright, vibrant national and international sport and mental health advertisements. This campaign explores branding, advertising, app design and poster design, to inspire the young male generation to get out and exercise.
