My Mother has always been my influence and my constant connection to my work since I started. My Mother is 92 years of age a religious woman and suffers from glaucoma. What set on this path was the fact the only thing she can see clearly is the full moon. I began thinking about her love for nature and the stories she would recall about her youth when she would go walking or cycling. I began to follow the path to the stories she had told me and started photographing and filming he scenic spots where she had gone in her younger days.

Using mirrors to reflect all the areas within nature just as my mother had shared her reflections with me.  Thinking about how strong her religious beliefs are and how much I love starry nights, my mind started to reflect on the wonders of the universe and how with so little knowledge, how people came to the answers that we are connected to the stars. My work is about everything in nature from the macro to the micro.
