LSAD Fashion Show

The LSAD projects brief involved designing an identity that encompassed the LSAD fashion department as a whole and showcased each designer’s collection, personality and diversity. Extensive research lead to the concept of “surveillance”- the monitoring of behavior, and the protection of a process, person or object as Fashion Designers take pride in the big reveal and discretion of their collection. The aim was to be edgy, shocking and break away from mainstream fashion editorials with suspense around the graduate’s final collection building right up until the show. The final identity of the fashion show related back to the idea of secrecy as the black ripped out from the white reveals just the word fashion in a neon colourway, suggesting that there was more to be revealed. The final campaign comprised of a series of posters, a fashion catalogue, and an interactive online presence used to promote the designers and the LSAD fashion show in the run up to the event.
