These thrown vessels are inspired by the qualities, forms and relationships present in metal railings and fences, creating a unique system of routes and set directions. Through altering and exaggerating the formal elements I explore the relationship each new form has with its neighbour. Function becomes an important consideration as the object now not only interacts within a group but with the user.
