Objects and materials hold fragments and memories of the past, leaving hints as to the people who have gone before, their lives and their stories. I have explored this theme in the empty shell of a 17th century mill, seeking out visual reminders of lived experiences.
My work creates narratives with echoes of the past. Through creating a unified setting, the transitory nature of life is recorded and explored in a wallpaper of memories.
