My work explores the concept of sea erosion. Solid landscapes being worn away and altered over time. I am drawn to the contrast between the solid and eroded material. The small fragmented particles are then taken back by the sea, eventually reconstituting themselves back into solid forms, through the rock cycle. Drawing from these two processes of erosion and restoration my work visually communicates the full cycle of these geologic stages, through the deterioration and recreation of a solid geometric form.
