Because of my preference for storyboarding, writing, and directing over animation, I wanted to showcase these skills by creating the animatics of the first two episodes of a TV Show.

When I fell far behind on schedule for that goal, I decided to instead focus on one particular scene, combining the early stages of 2D animation at the forefront and 3D animation for the backgrounds to direct a dynamic action scene.
