Making Things Better

This is a recruitment campaign re-brand for An Garda Siochana.  

As common knowledge, Garda Síochana have had a bad reputation with the general public, having been known as very traditional in their own ways, I felt a recruitment re-brand would make this recruitment campaign more modernised to young people in 2021, something that draws a message and delivers to more people than ever before. 

In this project, I want the target audience to feel a trust between themselves and An Garda Siochana, by approaching this campaign in a friendly way to grasp their attention with honesty and humor. This campaign will promote the new inclusive and diverse An Garda Siochana force.  

The “Making Things Better” campaign will be shown in a two-problem approach. This can open a more trustworthy and friendly insight to others on the forces that may influence more to consider joining. The personal touch adds to the genuine information being passed to potential future trainees.
