For my final year project, I wanted to create something that is based on my previous experience. After much brainstorming, I came up with a concept about working on an animation project and the struggles that come with trying to finish a project on a deadline.

In the animation, the events that take place are based on my own past experiences but I also wanted to include over the top reactions and give my characters’ energy and bounce. I achieved this through the use of using simplistic design and images. I was inspired by legendary animators such as Chuck Jones and Tex Avery. I love how they could portray their characters emotions with such expressions and energy and they are both masters of visual comedy something I will portray in my final year project.

I hope that anyone who views my final year project can relate to the theme which is about completing a project the night before it’s due and all the attempts and effort that comes with working on a deadline.
