Plane No. 7

We live inside of our economies, which makes them invisible to us.

Our main way of visualising how we live is with statistical graphs. Yet these graphs speak more loudly to economists and to global capitalism than to our everyday.

Deterritorialisation motions to this gap. Using rhizomatic thinking to reconfigure the Irish cost of living over the last 22 years has resulted in a series of flat-packed planes. It reimagines data about us as an object which requires no skill to put together.
