The “njia” collection explores a fashion student’s journey and the interplay between memory and innovation. The collection aims to bridge the past and present, using a carefully curated selection of materials to evoke nostalgia and belonging while embracing contemporary design. The silhouettes are inspired by works I created in  the rst and second year at LSAD, re ecting comfort and freedom. Each piece is thoughtfully constructed to  embody uidity, enhancing movement and expression. The fabrics chosen are bark cloth, satin, and cotton drill, highlighting texture and tactility. The color story features cream, rich brown, and dark red, adding a pop of color. The collection rede nes artistic boundaries, blending familiar elements with fresh perspectives. It celebrates the unique journey of creation, o ering pieces that embodyindividuality.

WORLD OF TWO

WORLD OF TWO is a collection inspired by the relationship between my big brother(ALI) and I. I explored the differences between both our paths and point of similarity where we can both relate. For the shapes used in the making of the collection I borrowed from Ali’s path which is sciences, medicine and body anatomy. I then introduced in shapes borrowed from my path way which is fashion design so I used sewing machines as my inspiration. The aim of this collection was to bring together two very different words and communicate then through clothing thus creating garments that embody aspects of both worlds .

AUCTORATUS is a project inspired by The Gladiator movie. This collection explores differences between the construction of the body amor worn by the gladiator fighters together with the weapons they used and the clothing worn by their masters. The aim of this project was to forge a style inspired by the two different statuses merged to create a collection of garments that could bridge the gap between. The idea of someone who could be a master as well as a gladiator.
