Crescent Bond / Valley of Penitence
Crescent Bond/Valley of Penitence are two visual development pitch packages about 2 2D animated TV shows. Set in an alternate version of the earth during the 1980’s with magic and beasts, Crescent Bond is about two friends getting into trouble after trying to find treasure in an abandoned mansion. Their friendship starts to crumble in the mansion, as their goals differ and they find it hard to communicate, leading to a lot of unwanted conflict. The second project, Valley of Penitence is about a group of adventurers looking for a cure in a curse-ridden medieval inspired world. Darker than the previous project, it was more focused on the ominous world and the lack of morality that would be present in a world like this. Instead of doing an animated film, I focused on making a varied and interesting amount of visual development that not only features strong design but also tells the story through it.
