My work explores the discourse within the taboo topic of infertility.

I create conceptually based visual narratives often using rare experimental mediums such as colour infrared film. Primarily because infrared sees beyond what our societies eyes can. This colour infrared 35mm film turns natural green foliage an unnatural red colour, while digital infrared can turn this foliage light blue. Using infrared gives unpredictable results each time with no guaranteed outcome, much like the infertility process.

My visual narratives tell a story which attempts to turn the gaze within these narratives back to the viewer in a subversive way.
