Angel Dust

The business, the pastries and everything in between! Angel Dust – our Documentary will
focus on a small patisserie/bakery shop in Limerick City. Angel Dust specializes in
extravagant and detailed confectionary that would resemble a work of art rather than
something you would eat. They use high quality ingredients and a modern unique design to
keep their customers coming back for more.
For our capstone we will dive deeper into the history of the owner/business and get to
experience how this artwork is formed.
