Street art that raises public awareness of the effects of phone usage.

This school project resulted in a large-scale collaborative mural that educates the public on the impact of phone usage. Students used critical thinking to explore both the positive and negative effects of our phones. Some of the many concepts explored include access to information, learning tools and cognitive effects. Street art has long been a powerful way to express ideas and concepts in public spaces. It has the ability to redefine the way we engage with important subject matter.

Design Thinking and Problem Solving

In this group project students used the strategies of the Design Thinking to plan, design and create. This resulted in them creating and developing a design prototype that addresses challenges that senior members of our community face. For example: inventions and creative solutions for physical aging, safety/security, transportation, and a changing social climate.
