This project explores the lack or interest amongst girls and young women for playing sport. With a large number of girls dropping out of team activities after school, the research behind this project examines why this happens. The aim of the short film is to encourage young women to get involved in team sports and to support women in sport. The video uses a personal approach to connect with

the target audience while also stating facts which support personal opinions.

A positive tone remains throughout as this project is intended to celebrate sport and show young women how much it can mean to them through the personal opinion of one sportswoman.
