PERFECTIONISM DISORDER

This project is inspired by the following article headline Perfectionism and Fear: The Emotion Behind Getting It ‘Just Right’.

The aim is to visually communicate the issues associated with perfectionism and how the urge to do something right ends up doing something so wrong, for both mind and body.

The conceptual approach of the book intended to show the perfection in imperfection. The format for the project is a printed editorial project.

The project was created to raise awareness, provide information and encourage a more carefree approach to life and to embrace imperfection.
