Informed by classical sculpture and tales from Greek mythology, my studio practice explores the fragmentation of the human form. I am interested in the abstraction of the body and the portrayal of the genderless being. This work is a depiction of the androgyny through the use of gender specific shapes and materials and the combination of masculine and feminine as one.
