Through the use of appropriated domestic objects, manipulated into a crude forms insinuating the human body, the artist hopes to draw a narrative based on the viewer’s own experiences and expectations of the human body. The minimal forms exist to challenge the notion of what qualifies as a ‘body’, while also attempting to subvert the domesticity and comfort of the object, transforming it from the everyday to a theoretical body/form.
