A Hunter’s Tail
Unknown boy is forced to learn how to hunt for family tradition. He witnesses the hunt of a seal as a young child. He grows to be a teenager given a gun to hunt because times have changed to the future. He attempts to kill the seal but he can’t and runs away to a different life. The ending scene shows him as an older man who has changed his life to help animals.
You don’t always know what you want for your life as a young adult. You shouldn’t have to always do what everyone expects of you. You can break away and be yourself not follow the path set out for you. The story tells of the boy breaking from the family tradition and becoming who he wants to be. Protecting the environment is a part of this story but the main point is being yourself following your path.
