Sarah Dwyer explores the world of natural art, learning techniques and methods to expand her artistic practice. Experimenting with a variety of medias including found objects, natural pigments and making her own inks. Each medium used presents its own unique qualities and possibilities when it comes her artistic practice.

Sarah’s work looks at the natural pigments all around us that can often go unnoticed in our everyday lives. Drawn by the natural colours and patterns that are found in nature, Sarah wishes to expose these elements through her work and use of materials that are collected from the environment around her home. The main aspect of her project is not just to focus on the finished work but to also look at the method in which it was made, the techniques used and developed during the process. Her work is a way to capture the beauty of nature and to celebrate to constant evolving moments and art all around us.
