Limerick Inkorporated is a documentary that observes the growth of the tattoo culture and the stigmas that follow it in Limerick and Ireland as a whole. From one of Limerick’s longest standing tattoo culture members who claims to have received a tattoo from Ireland’s first resident artist to current day artists making a living tattooing, Limerick Inkorporated showcases the ever-evolving industry and community that surrounds tattoos. This documentary also takes the viewer into the day in the life of those who literally wear their emotions, passions and art on their sleeves and how it is perceived today and how far Ireland’s acceptance of tattoos has come.
