Gabby’s work explores the depths of our universe and philosophical connections with human experience. Invoking symbolism from past and present, her work elucidates scientific, mystical and cultural relativity. Looking at the complexity of life, her work draws a connection with spiritual realms and our inner consciousness through the motifs of mushrooms, which contain their own spiritual essence.
The artist employs esoteric beliefs to create an ever evoking quest to understand the complex nature of the human blueprint. Through the exploration of esoteric and occult beliefs, the body, mind and soul, as well as found objects, she aims to tell a narrative that finds unity in ancient archetypes and in the five elements.
