In my studio work I am interested in the issues surrounding sugar. Looking at the subject matter from both a consumerist and historical angle, I apply methodologies of installations to articulate a position of food production, manipulation, regulation, distribution and consumption. I aim to investigate the link between historical context of sugar and the excessive quantity we consume on a daily basis in our diets.
